CapsuFlow is designed with a source-first and local-first product stance,
but actual handling of content may vary depending on the features you use,
sync behavior, device configuration, support activity, and service infrastructure.

- upload, transmit, or process unlawful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent material;

extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express,
implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements,
that outputs or results will always be accurate or complete,
or that defects will always be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapsuFlow and its operators,
affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages,
or for any loss of data, goodwill, profits, revenues, or business opportunity,
arising out of or related to your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising
out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you
paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim,
or USD $50.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we
reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, created risk,
exposed the service to legal or security concerns, or if continued operation
is no longer practical.
You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law

with the laws applicable to the operating entity behind CapsuFlow, without
regard to conflict of law principles.
If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable,
the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
